Three motors means three bots — because a robot with nothing to race is only half the fun. Design a chassis with the 3D pen, mount the motor, tune the weight, and find out whose bot wins the Speed Run.

The four PartyBots competitions: Speed Run, Knock the Flag, Last Bot Standing, and Battle Royale. Rules and setup are included with the templates, so you can run a tournament at the kitchen table.
 
What it teaches: centre of mass, vibration and motion, weight distribution, and the engineering habit of testing a design, losing a round, and fixing the thing that lost it.
 
Ages 9 and up. Adult supervision recommended for the first build.
