Design Challenge Residency — 3 Sessions

Service Description

The Engineering Design Challenge run as a three-session sequence — the shortest format that still lets students test, fail, and rebuild. THE THREE SESSIONS 1. Safety, instruction, and a baseline test 2. Design, build, and challenge 3. After-action review and final test Three is our minimum for a residency. Below that there is no room to iterate, and iteration is the whole point — book a single 2-hour challenge event instead. CHOOSE YOUR CHALLENGE Vertical Challenge, Bridge Challenge, or PartyBots™. Tell us at booking. FITS YOUR SCHEDULE Each session fits a 45-60 minute class period. Run them across three days, three weeks, or an after-school block. PRICING From $1,125, which covers up to 10 participants for all three sessions — $375 per session. Additional participants are $35 each per session ($45 for PartyBots). A class of 25 running Vertical is $2,700 for the unit. TRAVEL Travel up to 45 miles from our studio is included. Beyond 45 miles, we add $50 per additional 15 miles (or fraction) to cover mileage. A $150 deposit reserves your dates and locks you into our schedule. We build the calendar with you and invoice the balance before the first session. Purchase orders welcome. FIVE SESSIONS IS THE IDEAL FORMAT — it gives students two full build cycles instead of one, and works out at $350 per session instead of $375. See the 5-session residency. Ages 9 and up.
