At FullBlast STEAM, we create hands-on arts and technology experiences that help young people, families, schools, and community groups explore creativity through 3D pens, design, robotics, and emerging STEAM tools.

We are looking for energetic, responsible, and creative team members to help us lead programs at The 3D Pen Party SPACE, as well as at schools, recreation centers, libraries, adult care facilities, and community events.
​
Whether you are a high school student, college student, education major, future teacher, artist, maker, or youth leader, this is an opportunity to build real skills while doing meaningful work in your community.

Position 01
Tech Coach
Tech Coaches lead hands-on activities for youth, families, and community groups using 3D pens and other creative technology tools.
​
Main responsibilities:
*Manage company equipment with care and skill.
*Guide participants through projects step by step
*Support a safe, fun, and organized learning environment
*Manage small groups during workshops, parties, classes, and events
*Encourage creativity while helping participants stay on task
*Follow our facilitation scripts, activity priorities, and safety procedures
*Represent the FullBlast STEAM brand with energy and professionalism

Pay: Starting at $25/hour during training, with growth based on skill and responsibility. Max Pay: $55 per hour
Position 02
Program Manager
Leading the team of Tech Coaches, the Program Manager takes on a critical role of managing upcoming sessions, equipment, and relationships in multiple locations, supporting newer staff, and helping programs run smoothly across different sites.
Main responsibilities:
*Lead workshops at the 3DPenParty SPACE, and oversee group flow through the SPACE.
*Support and coach new Tech Coaches both during, and in preparation for upcoming programs at the SPACE and at offsite venues
*Handle participant questions, parent interactions, and real-time problem solving
*Help manage transitions, and session timing
*Maintain a strong learning environment across classes and events
*Communicate clearly with partner staff and site contacts

Pay: Starting at $25/hour during training, with growth based on skill and responsibility. Max Pay: $75 per hour

Position 03

Site Manager
Functioning as a CUSTOMER SERVICE & PROGRAM SUPPORT LEAD focused on a well prepared 3DPen Party SPACE.
This role supports the people and systems behind the programs. It is ideal for someone who is organized, communicative, and comfortable helping families, schools, and partners book and prepare for experiences at the Party SPACE.
Main responsibilities:
*Respond to inquiries from potential clients
*Support trip bookings, birthday party scheduling, and workshop coordination
*Help prepare staff schedules, materials, and communications
*Serve as a point of contact for clients before and after events
*Support Tech Coaches and Managers with logistics and program readiness
*Help maintain a professional and welcoming customer experience at the Party SPACE.
*Alternate Opening and closing the shop with the Site Manager
*Help maintain the appearance, readiness, and safety of the space

Pay: Starting at $25/hour during training, with growth based on skill and responsibility. Max Pay: $65 per hour
Position 04
Tech Repair
​
This position is for hands-on problem solvers interested in maintaining and improving the equipment that powers our programs.
Main responsibilities:
*Repair and troubleshoot 3D pens and 3D printers
*Assess common equipment issues and replace internal components
*Support equipment testing, maintenance, and readiness
*Help track repair needs and inventory of parts
*Learn more about motors, heating elements, buttons, circuit boards, and basic diagnostics

This role also helps the Site Manager keep The 3D Pen Party SPACE running smoothly and supports off-site programming logistics related to equipment/inventory.
*Alternate Opening and closing the shop with the Site Manager
*Help maintain the appearance, readiness, and safety of the space
*Manage supplies, materials, storage, and equipment organization
*Support inventory tracking and restocking
*Help prepare kits and materials for the Tech Coach's classes, events, and outreach
*Assist with facility care and day-to-day operations

Higher pay rates are available based on role, experience, technical skill, leadership, and responsibility.
